Founded in 1983 by our principal chiropractor John Springard and the late Frank Hunt in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex, Chichester Chiropractors are the longest-established providers of chiropractic care in the Chichester/Bognor Regis area.
Our goal is to offer our patients of all ages and from all sectors of the community, safe, effective and affordable evidence-based chiropractic healthcare in a relaxing and friendly, but professional atmosphere.
Our approach is truly patient-centred, right from the moment our friendly and helpful reception team greet patients on arrival. We regard every patient as an individual and their treatment plan will be tailored to suit their particular needs.
Focus is placed on the promotion of good health. This not only encompasses symptomatic relief, but the prevention of recurrences and keeping our patients’ joints, muscles and nerves working at their optimum.

John is approaching his 42nd year of practice, having qualified from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1983 (now the Health Sciences University) as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and is a Licentiate of the Royal College of Chiropractors.
His areas of special clinical interest are neck injuries, headaches and migraines, care of the elderly and chronic pain.
John’s favourite pastimes are spending time with family & friends, reading history books and bemoaning the results of Ipswich Town F.C.
He is married to our Practice Manager, Diane, and they have a son living in the West Country.
